The Cross Training Center exists to serve Kinship alumni who desire to grow, give back, and build a sustainable future while remaining deeply connected to their Kinship family. For some young adults, moving forward from a Kinship home doesn’t mean leaving the community—it means stepping into the next season of responsibility, leadership, and opportunity. At the Cross Training Center, alumni continue to live, learn, worship, and work alongside brothers and sisters who share their story. Through vocational training, entrepreneurial programs, spiritual formation, and community engagement, the Center equips them with practical skills while reinforcing the values of service, accountability, and faith.
Your support helps ensure these young men and women are not only cared for—but empowered to contribute meaningfully to their communities and to the Kinship mission itself.
