Part of “kinship” is reminding people that they are not alone. They belong to a group of friends, a family, or a community. Kinship Leader Pastor Jack in Cambodia provided that cohesive feeling for 120 youths from five different provinces this summer during an inspirational youth camping event. The theme of the event came from Judges 6:12, “’The Lord is with you, mighty warrior.’” Pastor Jack strove to prepare the youths to be strong, firm, and ready to serve the Lord boldly in their own communities. Something truly incredible happened in the Takeo province of Cambodia. Kinship Cambodia organized a leadership conference that brought together 40 pastors from every corner of the province. And it was nothing short of a divine blessing! Picture this: Pastors traveling on their scooters and motorcycles, journeying for over an hour to be part of this remarkable gathering. The excitement and anticipation were palpable in the air as they eagerly arrived at the conference venue. But here's the thing - these pastors weren't just attending any ordinary event.
