In March the Kinship United's team helped to pack MannaPack Rice with Feed My Starving Children. We worked to pack food that would be sent to our Kinship Projects in Burkina Faso. This packing event marked the beginning of a partnership with Feed My Starving Children to send even more of their nutritious food to Burkina Faso, and especially our Kinship Projects in the future.
About a week ago our Kinship Projects in Burkina Faso received a 40 foot long container full of MannaPack Rice. Pastor Daniel put together a group of young men who helped to unload the truck full of rice. The men who helped did it as a volunteer act, instead of being paid to unload, and they took home 5 packets of rice each.
What a joy to receive pictures from our Kinship Projects in Burkina Faso – with the food we helped pack! These packets of rice have made it to each of the Kinship Projects and the children have already begun to have meals from the MannaPack Rice.
