Christmas is almost here. And with it, a chance to share the kind of joy that lasts long after the decorations come down.
This season, your compassion can bring real hope into a child’s life. For an orphan who has known hunger, fear, or loneliness, your Christmas gift could be the moment they finally feel safe, seen, and loved.
Would you consider adding one more child to your holiday shopping list this year?
Every dollar you give goes to where you designate, meeting urgent needs and bringing immediate, life-changing care.

Food
- When you give the gift of Food, you feed Kinship Kids and widows three nutritious meals a day, so they no longer have to live malnourished, fearing food scarcity.
- Giving Food goes FAR! Kinship Projects host food distribution events at their churches, feeding their surrounding communities plagued by poverty and hunger. Your gift reaches entire villages: hundreds of people and families!
- A gift of $25 to Food feeds one child for a whole month!
Water
- A gift to Water is a gift of life, saving children from waterborne illness when they drink, bathe, or simply wash their clothes.
- When a Kinship Project installs a borehole well in its community that has no clean water, women no longer have to walk for hours every day for the water their families need to survive! This not only keeps the whole village healthy – it gives local women time in the day to work or go to school.
- A gift of $1,000 to Water keeps a well up-to-date on repairs!
Health + Hygiene
- The most common illnesses and diseases for “the least of these” in poverty are treatable – and YOU can treat them!
- You may have read about the medical and dental camps hosted by Kinship Projects in partnership with their local hospitals, which reach hundreds of impoverished people every time. YOU make those events possible.
- $36 funds one head-to-toe check-up at a doctor’s office. $8 provides a full sheet of treated mosquito netting for an orphan’s bed. A gift of any amount to Health + Hygiene enables free medical and dental camps that serve close to 1,000 people each time.
Merry Christmas, and thank you for your generous consideration to grant an orphan’s wish!

“‘For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me…’” –Matthew 25:34-36
Once in a while we receive more contributions for a given area of need than can be wisely applied. When this happens, we apply those funds where they are most urgently needed.
