Whether your kindness goes “where most needed” (so you can respond to any emergency around the globe), or if you give to a specific Kinship Project or country, you change the world!
In Thailand…
You rescue refugee children and internally-displaced people (IDPs) who have NOTHING.
In addition to the recent catastrophic earthquake, bordering country Burma/Myanmar has been devastated by war for many years. Imagine the number of children whose parents died in an airstrike, a collapsed building, disease, or hunger. Thanks to you, Kinship Projects in Thailand aid their communities inundated with refugee camps. Some kids are rescued; others – and hundreds of IDPs – receive MannaPacks of rice, medicine, water and rain barrels, and clothing and bedding, none of it possible without your kindness. And the crisis is ongoing…
Our tireless in-country team in Thailand asks: “Pray that God will provide everything they need, and comfort them among the midst of hardship.”
In Uganda and Kenya…
You meet an unprecedented need for medical aid!
You’ve heard about global changes to trade and world aid. Thanks to your relentless dedication, Kinship United’s medical outreach hasn’t slowed down. Massive free summer medical and dental clinics are in motion! Past recent clinics reached thousands in poverty. In these upcoming summer clinics, partnering with local hospitals, we hope to reach more people than ever. Stay tuned to hear how many lives you transform – and save – in East Africa in the coming months.
In Cambodia…
You teach English to Kinship Kids!
The Chom Choa Kinship Project hosted a “graduation” event for over thirty Kinship Kids who passed their English exams in April! Ranging in age from 6 to teenagers, the kids celebrated with games, a big dinner feast, music, and a worship dance contest. The most special part was when every child got to walk across a stage and receive a diploma with their name on it! You have transformed their futures with the power of education.
In India…
You help shepherd disciples!
At Kinship United, we don’t “transplant” a pastor into a Kinship Project. We trust indigenous, in-country pastors who take the lead. They know their community’s needs better than anyone, and they foster a congregation in their Kinship Project church home. In India, this is tougher than ever due to a growing movement of restrictive religious conversion legislation. Please pray for the safety of all Christians in this region, including the congregation at the Home of Love Kinship Project.
Thank you for your prayers and generosity. You are not just changing lives – you save lives, globally.
