KINSHIP UNITED RESPECTS THE PRIVACY OF ALL OUR VISITORS AND DONORS.

EMAIL: We reserve the right to keep any email sent to us on a per-case basis, along with all information contained within the email. We do not post anything from email unless explicit permission is provided from the sender, but we may occasionally keep email for our own records or for legal purposes.

ONLINE DONATIONS: All credit card and personal profile information provided to Kinship United through its Internet service provider, COMCAST, is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption using VeriSign as a payment gateway. SSL is a proven coding system that allows a browser to automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before it is sent.

USE OF DONOR INFORMATION: All donor information collected (donor name, address, phone number, email address and donation amount) is used by Kinship United only. The information is used for the specific purposes of acknowledging donations, providing updates on our mission, internal analysis, record keeping and reporting to relevant US and State agencies.

INFORMATION SHARING: All information collected on this site or offline is used by Kinship United only. At no time will we loan, rent, sell, share or otherwise give any of the information collected by Kinship United to any third party, with the exception of information that is formally solicited by an authorized law enforcement agency.

CHANGES: We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy policy, but we pledge that no changes will be put into effect without this document first being updated to reflect impending changes.
