“The least of these.” Jesus used that phrase, referring to the vulnerable. The hungry, the thirsty, the homeless, the imprisoned. Children, orphans, widows, are all exalted in God’s Kingdom, and Jesus calls us to give them extra love.
With your gifts to Kinship United in 2017, you have exemplified God’s love and shown special care for “the least of these.”

Your gifts facilitated every-day miracles for orphans and widows.
Like an 80-year-old woman in Cambodia who had been left for dead. Or a preschooler in the Dominican Republic who almost died of malnutrition and neglect. (Read the report to hear their stories!)
You provided much-needed updates to some of our more mature Kinship Projects, like fresh paint, new wall plaster, and new beds.
You’ve soothed the suffering in the bateys (modern-day sugar cane labor camps) of the Dominican Republic, the AIDS community in Burkina Faso, and provided emergency food and medical supplies for over 10,000 people.
Inside this Annual Report, you’ll see the scope of the impact that your gifts made last year. We know you’re not worried about special recognition or reward here on this earth, so we want to simply thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your selfless contributions.
