One of the things we’re most proud of as an organization is the network of dedicated people we work with overseas. From our founders and their teams to the pastors and their families, these incredible individuals know the issues unique to their areas and their countries.
And we all work together (that includes you!) to save the lives of suffering children in those countries.
One of the top questions we get from curious contributors is: “What is Kinship United’s relationship with its founders and partners around the world?”
Well, we work side-by-side with our in-country partners toward the same goal: to rescue as many children and reunite as many families as possible and transform them into disciples.
Through this partnership, we help our partners develop strategies and discover solutions. And they educate us and help us improve our methods!
With nearly 20 years of experience under our belt, we’ve seen it all. And we connect our partners together so we can all share this wealth of knowledge.
For example, when one partner’s kids start to hit the teenage years, you can bet our phone starts ringing. And we’re ready with advice!
Most importantly, as a team, we can make sure that the true vision of Kinship is passed along from partner to partner and from child to child.
Now, what does all of this mean for you? Why should you give through Kinship United as opposed to seeking out an individual overseas on your own?
Most of all, we offer you accountability. Our financials are rock solid and readily available on our website. We’re audited every year. And we do all the reporting for you so you don’t have to search for it on your own.
If you’re new to Kinship United, it’s good to note that your gifts do more than provide immediate resources – they also create long-term solutions. When you donate, you give Kinship Projects the tools they need to start supporting themselves, such as wells, food reserves, and livestock. And you enable them to continue finding families for refugee and orphaned children long after their partnership with Kinship United is over.
